A product is missing from the catalog

Staq indexes 237,000+ products, but the catalog has gaps. Use the in-app suggestion flow on the search screen, or email the brand and product name and it will be added.

A verdict hasn’t appeared

A verdict needs consistent daily logging and connected wearable data, and typically takes two to three weeks before there are enough nights to say anything. Until then a product sits in “collecting” or “early signal” on purpose — Staq will not report a number it can’t stand behind.

Deleting your account

You can delete your account and all associated data from inside the app.
