What Staq stores

The products in your staq, the days you log them, and the profile details you choose to add. If you connect a wearable such as WHOOP or Apple Health, Staq reads the daily metrics needed to compute a verdict — sleep, HRV, recovery — and stores them against your account.

What is public

Your staq and your verdicts are private until you choose to share them. Sharing is per-item and reversible: you decide whether a product, a streak, or a measured result appears to the people who follow you. Underlying wearable data is never shared, only the computed result.

What Staq does not do

Staq does not sell personal data, and does not share individual health metrics with brands or advertisers.

Deleting your data

You can delete your account from inside the app, which removes your staq, your logs, and any connected wearable data.
